About the role
- This is full-cycle sales. You open the relationship, close the deal, and manage the account after it signs. You will be part of a small scrappy sales team that builds relationships and gets brands ready for our launch. Build your own pipeline of grocery and food brands
- Sell to brand, shopper, and trade marketing teams
- Launch campaigns and manage them through completion
- Track performance and deliver data-driven recaps that show incrementality and ROIUse results to grow spend, upsell, and renew the accounts you sign
- Represent Kaylus at trade shows and industry events
- An existing network of grocery or food CPG brand, shopper, and trade marketing contacts
- Experience owning deals end to end, from prospecting through renewal
- Knowledge of how CPG brands plan and spend retail media and trade budgets
- Working knowledge of trade spend: off-invoice, scan-down, MDF, slotting, co-opUnderstanding of shopper marketing, advertising, and data analytics
- Comfort with business metrics like ROI, incrementality, and gross profit
- Strong presentation skills for data-backed pitches and recaps
- Willing to travel 25%Authorized to work in the USNice to have
- Experience using purchase data to build a sales case
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience
