The SVP will be a pivotal member of the senior leadership, responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of a significant portfolio of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) across multiple geographic regions. This role demands a transformational leader with a proven track record in multi-site healthcare operations, particularly in the ASC sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and executing portfolio and ASC strategies, ensuring performance excellence in operations, clinical services, and experience, and managing health system relationships. The SVP will also be accountable for financial performance, regulatory compliance, and the development of integrated growth strategies. Candidates for the SVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in multi-site ASC operations. The role requires a strong understanding of fiscal management, regulatory frameworks, business contracts, and physician partnerships. The SVP will be expected to lead performance optimization initiatives, drive growth and profitability, and foster high-impact relationships with physicians and health system executives. Experience in joint venture ASC environments, multi-state governance, and payer contract negotiations is highly valued.
