About the role

Engineered Wire is seeking a Production Supervisor to directly oversee manufacturing operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory targets are met. You will plan with plant leadership, enforce standard work, and drive root-cause analysis for defects. The role requires a technical degree or equivalent supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus Lean implementation experience and strong communication and leadership skills.
