Position Overview: McLean Counseling Center and its sister practice, BrainBloom Neurotherapy Center, are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across both practices. This is an on-site leadership position requiring approximately 20–25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or professional-services practice management and be comfortable managing both people and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily administrative and office operations across both practices
Support recruiting, onboarding, HR processes, and staff development Monitor employee performance, accountability, workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Coordinate marketing, community outreach, and referral-development activities Support business development and practice growth initiatives Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improved systems and processes Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure effective communication and execution of organizational priorities
Ideal Candidate: A proactive, highly organized professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who can independently manage projects, hold team members accountable, and help two growing behavioral health practices operate efficiently.
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week, primarily on-site
Location: McLean, Virginia
