About the job: This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of a small, innovative healthcare technology company focused on building AI-native solutions to streamline clinical workflows and operations. We’re identifying a talented fullstack engineer to join the team. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the founding team.
Location: New York, San Francisco / hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week
Compensation: $160K - $200K base + competitive equity
Employment type: Full-time

About the company: This company is developing an operating system for autism care, empowering clinicians to start, run, and scale their practices by handling operational complexities. Their platform integrates AI to enhance clinical documentation, treatment planning, and administrative tasks, allowing providers to focus more on patient care. The company has rapidly grown to $2M in revenue within 8 months and recently closed a $10M Series A funding round. The team consists of 14 members and is led by founders with successful exits.
About the role: As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the platform foundation, including data models, AI infrastructure, and API contracts. You will design and build systems that support clinical workflows, revenue and payments infrastructure, provider business operations, and patient experiences. This role requires a high level of ownership and the ability to work across various domains, from schema migration strategies to building LLM pipelines for clinical documentation. What You’ll OwnDevelop AI-native clinical workflows to improve documentation, treatment planning, and administrative tasks. Build revenue and payments infrastructure to ensure accurate and timely provider payments. Create tools that simplify healthcare practice operations, such as credentialing and compliance. Design patient and family experiences to streamline care journeys. Automate internal operations to support thousands of providers efficiently. Maintain platform foundations, including data models, APIs, and AI infrastructure.
The Ideal Candidate: 4-10 years of experience in operationally complex domains like healthcare or fintech. Strong systems thinker with the ability to model workflows and processes. Product instincts that balance user experience with technical implementation. Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership in problem-solving.
