Requirements: Meat Cutter/Butcher Job RequirementsCut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specified standards and customer orders Package meat products securely for retail or wholesale distribution Ensure all meat handling complies with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations when needed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and product quality throughout the production process Meat Cutter/Butcher ExperiencePrevious experience in food production or food preparation is preferred Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cutting techniques are essential Experience in the food industry, especially in meat cutting or food handling roles, is highly desirable Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards is required Restaurant experience or work within the food industry will be considered a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and dedication to quality are valued.
