About the role
Prospect Blue is hiring an Insurance Claims Counsel for its in-house claims team in Richmond, Virginia. You will evaluate complex claims, analyze coverage and exposure, and drive matters toward resolution while coordinating with outside counsel and experts.
The ideal candidate has a J.D., an active U.S. license, and 2+ years in insurance coverage, claims, or related litigation, with strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills. This is an in-office role in Richmond with no remote work.
