Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will: Implement individualized behavior intervention plansCollect data during sessions to track progressAssist in the development of individualized treatment goalsSupport skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily livingCollaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reportsUtilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviorsMaintain accurate and timely session notes and documentationThe candidate we are looking for will have: Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of HIPAA regulations A high school diploma or equivalentCompassion and patient approach when working with childrenReliable transportationRBT Certification PreferredNot RBT certified yet?
