About the role
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Standing required 9+ hours.
- Requires frequent twisting, bending and turning. Job will occasionally require pushing and pulling of wheeled tubs over 100 lbs.
- Associate must have good hand and eye coordination to work on fast speed conveyor belts.
- Basic math skills.
- Work as a team player.
- Safety is the #1 responsibility.
- Follow all GMP's and USDA guidelines.
- Overtime and weekends may be required.
- Complete required paperwork daily per Quality guidelines
- Participate in the implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
- Support CPS activities to include Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSDResponsible for any other responsibilities as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead.
- SAP documentation.
- After 90 days, pay rate increases to $22.19/hr. + an additional $1.50 shift premium.
