About the role

We’re working with a global technology business operating within the capital markets space, looking for a GTM Operations Lead to join its growing Revenue Operations function. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving and driving change rather than simply maintaining existing processes. You’ll have significant ownership across the revenue operating rhythm, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Systems, Enablement and Finance.
The role:
  • Own and improve GTM and sales processes across the full revenue lifecycle
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting and weekly operating cadence
  • Build and improve reporting, dashboards and executive-level visibility
  • Establish clear stage definitions, process requirements and CRM governance
  • Partner with Salesforce/RevTech teams to improve data quality and process adoption
  • Lead recurring pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs/MBRs and GTM initiatives
  • Analyse pipeline trends and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency
  • Support the evolution of renewal and customer lifecycle processes
  • What they’re looking for:5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM Operations
  • Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting and sales process improvement
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally with some Salesforce Admin knowledge
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills, with the ability to work independently with data
  • Experience driving process change and adoption across sales teams
  • Enterprise SaaS / enterprise software experience preferred
  • Highly autonomous, analytical and execution-focused
This would suit someone who wants real ownership and visibility within a lean RevOps team, with the opportunity to help shape how a global revenue organization operates.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
