Strategic Client Leadership
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders across Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, and Lending organizations.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients on business transformation, operational excellence, and technology modernization initiatives.
Establish executive governance models and drive long-term strategic partnerships.
Business Growth & Portfolio Expansion
Own revenue, profitability, and growth targets for the assigned BFSI portfolio.
Drive account mining, cross-sell, upsell, and wallet-share expansion initiatives.
Lead new logo acquisition efforts across Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage/Lending sectors.
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
P&L Ownership
Manage overall portfolio financial performance, including revenue forecasting, profitability, margins, and resource utilization.
Ensure sustainable account growth while maintaining delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Drive regular business reviews and executive governance meetings.

Strong network and relationships within BFSI organizations across the Midwest region.
Proven experience managing portfolios exceeding USD 20M+ annually.
