Tackle these responsibilities alongside a highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.ResponsibilitiesServe as Accounting's first point of contact and represent the department and the firm in a highly professional manner; interfacing with internal clients, as well as external candidates, consultants, and vendorsManage all AP Processing for the operating expenses of the firm, including vendor onboarding, invoice coding, invoice approval tracking and posting to the general ledger using Deltek Vantagepoint software.Manage the corporate credit card program including issuing company credit cards, maintaining individual spending authorities and reconciliation.Processing company expense reports and payments, including auditing, approval tracking and first point of contact for employee questions regarding coding or budgeting.Maintain vendor inbox and vendor statements.Assist in processing all disbursements on a weekly basis and check handlingNew Hire Set up in VantagepointVerify accuracy of accounting documents or records and investigate questionable dataReconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers Research and recommend actions to resolve discrepanciesProvide analysis and feedback of efficiency and process improvementsCompile data and prepare a variety of reports, forms, and responsesAssist other accounting staff with budget and spend variance analysis, and other responsibilities as neededQualifications5+ years of Accounting/Accounts Payable experience required; professional services preferredAbility to work onsite in the office, Monday Friday.Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to pay close attention to details, excellent accuracy and completeness, and adherence to strict deadlinesHigh level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, database software, and/or business systemsExceptional written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to distill complex informationExperience coordinating and managing multiple projects/tasks involving cross-functional teamsWillingness to support multiple team members and department initiatives in addition to normalCorgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
