About the role

Calculated Hire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects on-site in Atlanta, GA. You will own the project’s performance, budgets, schedule, contracts, and risk management, while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. Reporting to Construction leadership, you will manage procurement, change orders, submittals, and closeout activities, collaborating with Development, Architects, and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes.
