SALARY
$100,000 a year
About the role
- You sell productized digital marketing packages, about $12,000 per contract
- You sell to two buyers: owners and leaders of Christian businesses and organizations, and pastors and church boards
- The plan is seven new clients a month, all from inbound leads
- Prices are preset, with limited room to negotiate
- Most deals are won in the follow-up, not on the first call
- Fully remote, no travel
- What you must bring
- Prior success selling marketing services (digital ads, SEO, email, or agency retainers) to business owners, executive directors, or pastors of small-to-mid-size organizations
- Experience in a market where buyers have been burned by an agency that overpromised and will ask about price before they ask about results
- The ability to run a discovery call, a demo, and a go/no-go close, and follow up with discipline between every one
- Apply with your resume through this posting. At the top of your resume or in a short note, tell us about a deal you won without dropping your price, and whether that client stayed. Applications that include this get read first.
- Our process
- Within two days of applying: a 45-minute online sales assessment
- Week 1: a 10-minute phone call
- Week 2: a video interview
- Week 3: final interview, reference check, and offer
- PayBase: $40,000 to $50,000 per year
- Additional compensation: Commission (uncapped)
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
