Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and clients. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Handle mail and package distribution. Assist with office events and meetings as needed. Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant coursework is a plus. Proven experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
