Duration: 6 months
Summary: Performing Ongoing analysis of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Customers On-time Delivery Performance Other duties which may be assigned by the department manager Seeks to understand customer's needs, educates customers, builds collaborative relationships with customers, takes actions to meet customer needs and concerns, sets up customer feedback
Knowledge and skills: Demonstrated knowledge of SAP (preferably MM/SD modules) Working knowledge of MS office components, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint Prior experience in air transportation, customs clearance processes and international logistics desirable Proven ability to work under pressure and with ambiguity Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to focus on key customer needs APICS certification/ Six Sigma or equivalent is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience 2-3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles
Education: Associate's degree, advanced training, or equivalent experience required.
