This individual will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen key partnerships, and deliver compelling consumer experiences across physical and digital retail environments. to ensure consistent brand storytelling and customer experience Wholesale & Franchise MarketingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and franchise partners to maximize brand presence, commercial success, and global expansion Collaborate with commercial teams to develop account-specific marketing plans, promotions, and product launches Oversee wholesale and franchise marketing activities (digital and physical), ensuring alignment with brand standards Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing team Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, creative, and wider brand teams Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners as neededKey Responsibilities To ensure consistent brand storytelling and customer experience Wholesale & Franchise MarketingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and franchise partners to maximize brand presence, commercial success, and global expansion Collaborate with commercial teams to develop account-specific marketing plans, promotions, and product launches Oversee wholesale and franchise marketing activities (digital and physical), ensuring alignment with brand standards Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing team Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, creative, and wider brand teams Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners as neededSkills, Knowledge and Expertise10+ years of experience in retail marketing, experiential marketing, or wholesale marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Proven experience leading strategy for and execution of retail and wholesale marketing including but not limited to store openings, regional expansion, physical activations, and digital messaging Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams Highly strategic with the ability to also execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
