HotFoot Recruiters is hiring Field Project Coordinator to support field execution, project coordination, and technical operations for a growing construction and engineering services company supporting high-tech semiconductor projects in North Phoenix, AZ. These roles will support field teams, project managers, subcontractors, and client coordination to help ensure project activities are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.This position is ideal for candidates with construction, engineering, MEP, semiconductor, piping, mechanical, or technical field experience who are comfortable working on active project sites and supporting fast-moving field operations.Position: Field Project CoordinatorLocation: North Phoenix, AZ | On-SiteType: Full-Time | Direct HirePay Range: $60K-$70K DOESchedule: Monday-Friday 6A-3P (1hr lunch)Start Date: ASAPResponsibilitiesSupport daily field operations for semiconductor construction and engineering projects.Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives.Track work progress, field issues, schedules, manpower updates, and project milestones.Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, installation requirements, and field documentation.Support inspections, walkdowns, material verification, installation checks, and quality follow-up.Help identify field issues early and coordinate corrective action with project teams.Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, meeting notes, logs, and project records.Communicate project updates clearly between field teams, office teams, vendors, and management.Support safety and quality expectations on active job sites.Assist with turnover documentation, punch list follow-up, and closeout activities as needed.Perform additional field engineering and project support duties as assigned.Qualifications1-3+ years of field engineering, project engineering, construction coordination, site supervision, or related experience preferred.Senior-level candidates should bring stronger field leadership, technical coordination, or project execution experience.Experience in semiconductor, MEP, piping, welding, mechanical, electrical, industrial construction, or high-tech facility projects preferred.Ability to read drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working full-time on active construction sites.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple field priorities at once.Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.Mandarin-English bilingual ability preferred.
