About the role
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales Customer Service Representative will assist clients with inquiries, manage sales processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries and provide product information
Manage sales processes from initial contact to closing
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication
Required qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
