About the role

Hims & Hers is seeking a Manager, HRIS to own our Dayforce systems strategy and lead the HRIS team, including the offshore analyst in the Philippines. You will partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into practical solutions and manage system changes with discipline. You’ll oversee testing, UAT, documentation, and global HRIS strategy, ensuring a reliable single source of truth for people data across systems.
