About the Opportunity: A well-funded, late-stage healthcare SaaS company is hiring an RVP of Enterprise Sales to scale adoption of its enterprise platform across U.S. health systems. The product is in market, has strong customer traction, and is entering its next phase of commercial growth. This is a strategic, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer. You will own and grow the enterprise sales engine at a meaningful inflection point for the business.
What You’ll Do: Own the enterprise sales pipeline for multi-site, multi-year SaaS contracts with U.S. health systems and IDNsBuild and execute the go-to-market playbook for the enterprise segment Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across executive, clinical, IT, and procurement stakeholders What We’re Looking For 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or healthcare technology, with a proven track record selling into health systems, IDNs, or large provider organizations Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure enterprise SaaS deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Prior experience leading or building enterprise sales functions at a growth-stage company Strong understanding of health system procurement, value analysis committees, and contracting processes Comfortable selling to clinical, IT, and C-suite buyers What’s On Offer Direct line to executive leadership and meaningful influence on commercial strategy Competitive base + uncapped commission + meaningful equity Comprehensive benefits and remote-first flexibility The chance to materially shape a company at a genuine inflection point This is a confidential search.
