Job Description: Job Description The Assembler Technician builds mechanical equipment by assembling parts and components according to blueprints and Bills of Materials. This role operates tools, performs inspections and quality testing, and applies mecahnical aptitude while maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
Responsibilities: Assemble parts and components for mechanical equipment. Inspect components for accuracy and quality. Operate hand tools and other assembly equipment. Read and follow blueprints and Bills of Materials. Perform quality testing on assembled equipment. Apply brazing techniques as required. Follow workplace safety requirements and procedures.
Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of mechanical assembly and blueprint reading. Proficiency with hand tools. Understanding of workplace safety practices. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. These positions are at a great company in Kalamazoo on 1st shift with hours of 5am-1:30pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed. Please submit a resume for consideration.
