Experience leading brands across multiple retail environments, including Amazon, marketplace, eCommerce, mass retail, specialty retail, department stores, prestige retail, and direct-to-consumer channels, is highly valued. Knowledge of digital channels, omnichannel commerce, and modern 360-degree marketing plans is essential. Experience driving growth across a combination of Amazon, eCommerce, specialty retail, mass retail, prestige environments, department stores, or other complex consumer channels is highly valued. Business Focused Strong business and marketing acumen along with experience navigating evolving consumer markets, retail landscapes, and channel dynamics. Ability to translate consumer, retailer, and market insights into practical commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth. Ideal Profile While experience within beauty or personal care is preferred, we welcome exceptional marketing leaders from broader consumer products, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, luxury, and adjacent branded consumer categories. Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record of brand building, commercial leadership, team development, and driving growth across complex omnichannel retail environments.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
