About the role
CACI is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant (HCM Change Management & Training) to lead organizational change management for a large federal HCM modernization program using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will develop agency-specific strategies, training programs, and readiness assessments, guiding adoption from awareness to sustainment across multiple agencies.
The role requires expert OCM skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders.
