Job Description: Job Description Hutzel is a rapidly growing home services company specializing in HVAC and plumbing. We're looking for a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings. You'll work on a variety of equipment, including air conditioning systems, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems, while making sure every job is completed safely and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and knows how to provide great service to customers. What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems while following codes and safety standards
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation to diagnose and repair systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently
Work with refrigerant systems in accordance with EPA regulations and safety requirements
Assist with plumbing and other mechanical work related to HVAC systems and building infrastructure
Communicate clearly with customers, explain repairs and recommendations, and provide a positive experience on every visit

Collaborate with contractors, technicians, and other vendors to coordinate repairs and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
