Senior Sales Manager – Nutraceutical CDMO
Location: US-based, Remote
Industry: Nutraceutical Contract Development and ManufacturingA leading nutraceutical CDMO is expanding its US commercial team and seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across the market. This role will be split equally between business development and account management, with responsibility for winning new customers, growing existing accounts, and developing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities across the US nutraceutical market. Manage and expand existing customer accounts. Leverage an extensive network of industry contacts to generate qualified opportunities. Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close. Work closely with R&D, formulation, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to develop customer solutions. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast. Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. Support the company’s wider US growth strategy.
Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role. Proven experience within the nutraceutical CDMO, contract manufacturing, or supplement industry. Extensive contacts across the US nutraceutical, supplement, wellness, or consumer health markets. Demonstrable success winning new business and managing key accounts. Strong understanding of nutraceutical product development and manufacturing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a remote role and travel within the US when required.
