About the role
Supporting the Global Marketing team, the full-time Coordinator, Brand Media will manage the trafficking and coordination of creative assets for global brand campaigns in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Own the trafficking of creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives
Coordinate production and delivery of assets across media channels while acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
Maintain global campaign trackers and marketing documentation to ensure transparency and adherence to brand guidelines
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in creative trafficking, production coordination, or campaign execution
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience with project management and communication tools
Ability to work cross-functionally across global teams and time zones
