Administrative Support Position Available The Service and Development Department is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a part-time Administrative Support position.
Responsibilities include:
  • Tracking legislation and departmental records
  • Processing quotes and invoices
  • Assisting with work order software
  • Supporting Board of Control activities
  • Monitoring budgetary expenses
  • Assisting with basic computer and technology issues
  • Working with GPS software and related systems
  • General administrative and clerical support duties
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with invoicing, budgeting, or municipal operations preferred
  • Familiarity with work order and GPS software a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Part-time hours with flexible scheduling based on departmental needs. Compensation based on qualifications and experience.
