ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Act as a direct support to our team of Service Advisors in the following capacities
Be the primary contact for our inbound phone calls
Act as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concerns
Assist in scheduling Service appointments
Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
Follow-up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experience
Show capacity and interest in learning the following
Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of action
Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
Generate repair orders and estimates
Thoroughly explain completed work and charges
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
High School graduate or GED
Exceptional Customer Service abilities
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
COMPENSATION
Starting at $18/hour
WORK SCHEDULE: 24-30 hours per week
Monday - Friday:
Monday 9am - 6pm
Tuesday - Friday 2pm - 6pm
Saturday's as needed
Fill in for vacation
