Biz Tek People is in search of a Front Desk Assistant / Administrative Assistant for our client in Houston, TX!We are seeking a professional and polished Front Desk Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support day-to-day office and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Manage conference room reservations and meeting logistics Coordinate with internal teams (administration, facilities, IT, security) as needed Support administrative staff with general office tasks and coverage Assist with travel and expense processing, data entry, and document management Receive mail and packages and assist with office supply coordination Qualifications:5+ years of administrative or front desk experience (financial services preferred) Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with travel and expense systems (SAP Concur Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Education:
High School Diploma required This is a contract role with full-time hours and 100% on-site with the potential for extension or conversion.
