We are seeking a reliable and punctual Commissary Driver to transport food and supplies from our central kitchen to various delivery locations. The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, strong time management skills, and a customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities: Load and unload food, beverages, and catering equipment from the commissary to designated locations Follow delivery schedules and routes as provided by the dispatch or operations team Verify contents of delivery against packing lists or invoices before departure Ensure proper handling and temperature control of perishable food items during transport Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of delivery vehicle and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to the supervisor promptly Assist with setup and breakdown at event sites, if required Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company guidelines Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, oil, tires) and report any mechanical issues Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
Requirements
