About the role
Sunnyside SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated activities coordinator to plan, develop, organize, implement and direct resident-centered activities at our facility. You will work with staff, residents, families, and government agencies to meet residents' needs, participate in surveys, and help develop plans of action for deficiencies. Transportation for residents will be arranged as needed, and monthly activity schedules will be created.
