About the role
Connecting a broad global partner portfolio, the full-time remote Partner Strategy Lead will manage initiatives across partner marketing, enablement, and operations while ensuring smooth execution and alignment among stakeholders in various regions.
Key responsibilities
Orchestrate and oversee partner initiatives across regions, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
Drive cross-functional execution by aligning priorities and removing blockers among partner teams
Transform data into actionable insights and build compelling narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion
Strong business judgment with the ability to analyze problems from multiple functional perspectives
Data-driven mindset, capable of turning inputs into clear metrics and recommendations
Experience in building durable processes that remove organizational friction
Genuine fluency in AI tools and the ability to design automations to enhance workflows
