Outbound Call Center Rep
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (may shift to 8:00-4:00)
Location: 100% on-site, accessible by public transportation
Start Date: Tuesday, 10/6
Role Overview: Seeking professional, confident communicators to conduct telephone interviews and recruit participants for market research projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound phone interviews and document responses Screen and recruit participants for research studies Follow up on leads and perform targeted web searches Meet call volume and recruiting goals Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data collection Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
