About the role
To support customer engagement, the full-time Provider Services Representative will manage inquiries through various channels while effectively presenting products and services, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Manage telephone, electronic, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and efficiency
Present and discuss products and services accurately to both internal and external customers
Focus on customer retention through first call resolution and enhancement of the member experience
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; college degree or professional certification is a plus
1 year of customer service experience; recent telecommuting experience is a plus
Basic proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and internet browsers
Ability to work flexible hours, including varied shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
