About the role
As a remote Government Renewal Account Manager, the full-time position will generate and manage a portfolio of existing government business clients, focusing on closing sales and enhancing client satisfaction through effective follow-up and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Generate and manage the portfolio of existing government business clients through outbound calling
Work with decision makers to address needs and resolve issues related to existing lease agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client escalations and improve performance
Required qualifications:
Preferred experience with Government, Non-Governmental Organization, or Non-Profit accounts
1+ years of experience in outbound client calls and sales
Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce
Strong follow-up skills on sales opportunities via phone, fax, and email
