About the Role: This National Account Manager role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong custom automation, turnkey systems, or complex capital equipment sales background. This position focuses on developing new business with major consumer and life sciences manufacturers through strategic account development. Maintain a consistent in-person presence with customers at major manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications: Proven experience selling custom automation, turnkey systems, or robotics is highly preferred. Experience selling into food & beverage, retail, personal care, life sciences, or similar markets. Demonstrated success hunting new business and developing strategic accounts. Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder capital projects with engineering involvement. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within North America on a frequent basis. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
