Job DescriptionVP Change & Solutions AmericasMember of the Internal Strategy and transformation team within an international investment bankResponsibilities:Support and advise Executive Management around the globe on high-level strategic projectsProjects range from pure design and development to more transformational involving multiple business lines and regionsIndependently support project delivery, with greater focus on managing day-to-day project activities under the direction of a Director and client stakeholders (e.g. developing presentations and content, conducting stakeholder meetings)Bring content expertise and drive resolution of complex issuesBuild long-term relationships with clientsSupport proposals to acquire new projectsManage and motivate a team of associates and analysts Requirements:5+ years work strategy/consulting experience within a top tier consultancy firm and/or financial servicesExperience in Commercial/Retail Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Banking requiredDevelops well-structured frameworks to solve complex problems and provides guidance to efficiently complete projectsDefines, conducts and/or supervises the necessary research and analysis for a project moduleStrong quantitative skills, Unerring ethical standards, and Excellent Communication skillsBachelor’s degree from a top tier school.
