Identify awkward, repetitive, unnatural, or contextually inappropriate language. Apply evaluation guidelines consistently across assignments. Provide clear, well-reasoned feedback supporting ratings and assessments. Ability to critically evaluate lyrics for quality, originality, linguistic naturalness, and cultural relevance. Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening. Strong attention to detail and consistent evaluation skills. Formal education or training in music performance, theory, composition, or a related discipline preferred. Credited, commercially released, or published songwriting work preferred. Experience with creative-content critique or AI evaluation, data annotation, model testing, or human-feedback projects preferred. Availability for approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Willingness to complete application steps and a Swedish-language bilingual competency interview. Must work as an independent contractor; H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported.
Benefits: Compensation of $42–$78 per hour.
Fully remote work arrangement. Flexible commitment, typically around 20 hours per week with no fixed maximum. Immediate start for a project lasting up to six months, with possible extensions. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
