Johnson Controls is seeking a Joining & Surface Finishing Technologies SME to set enterprise standards and own the technology roadmap for joining and finishing across all plants. You will drive hands-on problem solving on the plant floor, partnering with engineering and supply base to accelerate safe, high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing. In this role you will pilot new technologies, scale successful solutions across locations, and lead workforce capability building with certification
