About the role

MS Legal Search is seeking a mid-level Finance associate with excellent prior finance transactional experience to join a great finance group in Houston. This is a chance to work at a top international law firm, while still working for a small, intimate group, led by a bright, dynamic and young partner. Work will entail secured and unsecured transactions, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, project finance, structured financings and cross-border transactions. Much of the practice is energy industry related. Top academics are required!
