About the role
Supporting Marketing Regional Vice Presidents, the full-time Internal Sales Specialist will manage client lead processing, oversee the sales cycle, and provide essential support to the sales team in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Acknowledge and process incoming leads for immediate action and schedule initial client meetings
Oversee pre- and post-intro communications, data gathering, and onboarding coordination
Collaborate with sales leadership and central support teams to manage the new business pipeline
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, financial services, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of applicable experience, ideally in financial services
Basic knowledge of RIA and custodial platforms and investment products
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, MoneyGuide, and Salesforce
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) not required but may be beneficial
