- Monday-Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours (8:00-5:00 or 8:30-5:30)
- Predictable rotating call of just one week every 6-7 weeks
- Manageable patient volume of 15-20 patients per day
- Integrated FQHC setting offering medical, behavioral health, dental services, and a full-service pharmacy
