About the role

To drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Technology Strategy will partner with the eCommerce and Digital Transformation leadership team, overseeing governance processes and managing executive communications in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Support the eCommerce and Digital Transformation domain in defining and delivering the enterprise digital and technology strategy Manage executive governance processes and ensure timely reporting on technology investments and digital transformation progress Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities across the leadership team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA required 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, or related leadership roles Strong track record in enterprise digital/technology transformation and governance Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear narratives Experience in program management, portfolio management, or chief of staff-style roles highly desirable
