About the role
Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit & Collections to own global credit and collections operations and drive cash generation across regions. Reporting to OTC leadership, you will translate strategy into actionable processes, policies, and controls while ensuring consistent execution.
You will partner with Order Management, Billing, Dispute Resolution, and Cash Application to remove payment barriers, optimize risk, and improve customer outcomes through disciplined credit management
