About the role
✍️ Copy Supervisor | Healthcare Advertising | Hybrid | NYC📍 Location: Hybrid (2 days per week) in New York, with candidates based in NY, NJ, or CT.I'm working with one of the most exciting independent healthcare agencies that's continuing to grow following multiple new business wins. They're looking for a Copy Supervisor to join their expanding creative team and help bring complex science to life through bold, compelling storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into the data, understanding the science, and transforming it into impactful campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals.
What you'll be doing:
✨ Develop compelling HCP-focused copy across a variety of multichannel campaigns✨ Translate complex clinical data, scientific literature, and disease-state information into clear, engaging messaging✨ Partner closely with art directors, strategists, account teams, and medical colleagues to deliver creative that makes an impact✨ Contribute to brand strategy, campaign concepts, and creative development from idea through execution✨ Help mentor junior writers while maintaining a high creative standard across projects What they're looking for:✔️ 3–5+ years of healthcare/pharma agency copywriting experience (Senior Copywriter or Copy Supervisor level)✔️ Strong experience writing for HCP audiences✔️ Ability to confidently interpret clinical trial data and scientific literature✔️ Exceptional conceptual thinking and headline-writing skills✔️ Experience across Oncology, Immunology, Infectious Diseases, or other complex therapeutic areas is welcomed✔️ A scientific degree is a plus, but the ability to understand and communicate complex science is what matters most This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly creative, collaborative team at a time of significant growth and work on science-led brands that are making a real difference.
