Position Overview:
The Warehouse Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling air compressor packages by bolting components to the package’s framework/tanks, preparing materials, and supporting general warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a relaxed warehouse environment, can reliably show up, and is eager to learn. All tools and training are provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Use of hand tools — safely operate wrenches, ratchets, drills, and other basic tools. Material handling — move, stage, and organize components for assembly. Quality checks — ensure all bolts, fittings, and components are secure and properly aligned. Warehouse upkeep — maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Team collaboration — work with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals. Work Schedule Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PMFour 10‑hour shifts Three‑day weekend every week
Requirements:
Ability to use basic hand tools (training provided).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and willingness to learn. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions. Training & Tools Provided Full on‑the‑job training from experienced technicians. All required tools supplied by the company. Safety training and equipment provided.
