Summary of
Duties: Assumes primary responsibility for the safe and timely movement of food carts, mail and supplies throughout the District. Reports to Director of Food Service Qualifications/Requirements• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required • Valid Chauffeur License required • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds • Strong time management and organizational skills • Maintains confidentiality at all times • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills • Commitment to following district guidelines and Board of Education policies Compensation Per DESPA Union Contract - ClassVIII-19 position Per DESPA Work Schedule Up to 5.0 hours per regular school work day, Monday-Friday Schedule to be determined with Director of Food Service FLSANon-exempt Application Deadline Internal: Thursday, September 24, 2026 4:00 pm External: Thursday, October 1, 2026 or until filled
