About the role

Playworks seeks a Development Director to lead the regional fundraising strategy, cultivate high-level external relationships, and drive ambitious revenue goals from major gifts, corporate partners, and foundations. This in-person role focuses on the Bay Area, primarily Oakland, with reporting to the Executive Director in Northern California. You will manage a high-level donor portfolio, work with the Regional Advisory Board, and develop strategic plans to grow revenue streams by 10% in FY26,
