Oslin Nation is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our North Texas sales team, based in our Arlington office. This role drives revenue, profitability, specification influence, and market share growth across the territory - while building and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of specification-driven sales, contractor relationships, consulting engineer engagement, and manufacturer representation. Reports to: Company President What You'll DoLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop the North Texas sales team, including sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for the Sales, Project Coordination, and Estimating teams Own recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management for the team Serve as an active member of the leadership team, partnering on strategic initiatives and operational excellence Sales & Relationship ManagementMaintain and actively call on customer accounts, growing associated sales Drive specification activity with consulting engineers, owners, and design professionals Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, plumbing contractors, distributors, and end users Identify and pursue major project opportunities from design through construction Conduct customer visits, ride-alongs, sales meetings, and training sessions Strategy & PerformanceAnalyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity Review pipeline, backlog, forecasts, and territory performance regularly Partner with manufacturers on growth strategies and market penetration plans Manage territory profitability and support annual business objectives Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and customer functions Promote collaboration across sales, quotations, customer service, and operations What You Bring7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in commercial HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, engineered products, construction, or manufacturer representative organizations Strong understanding of specification-driven sales processes Proven track record developing relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent industry experience considered) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems Ability to travel throughout North Texas and occasionally outside the region Ability to visit active construction sites and industrial facilities in appropriate PPE ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
